1. General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing the no88 platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every provision of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you are requested to refrain from using the service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

no88 services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. Opening an account by anyone under age is strictly prohibited. If age verification is required, no88 may request official documentation at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address constitutes a breach of the rules, and no88 reserves the right to suspend or close those accounts.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending winnings.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at no88 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). Only payment methods registered in the account holder's name may be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.

3.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, no88 may cancel the transaction and permanently close the account.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at no88 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance. The requirement is 10 times (10x). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonus benefits through dishonest means — such as creating multiple accounts or colluding — is a punishable offence. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.4 VIP Program

The no88 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%. Regular play can earn promotion to a higher tier.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting decisions are the user's own. no88 accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any wager. no88 reserves the right to review and correct any bet that was settled incorrectly due to a technical error.

5.2 Sports Betting
